Abstract:
The present invention relates to an anisotropic conductive film, which contains: polyester urethane (A) having transition temperature less than 60°C and the average molecular weight less than or equal to 20,000; polyester urethane (B) having transition temperature greater than or equal to 60°C and less than or equal to 100°C and the average molecular weight more than or equal to 20,000 and less than or equal to 30,000; radically polymerized compounds; and organic peroxide compounds.
