PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide electronic transaction excellent in user's convenience.SOLUTION: An authentication system 1 includes a user terminal 10 and an authentication server 20. The authentication server 20 includes: an information image creation unit 28 that images a transaction content received from a user terminal 10 and creates a transaction content image; an image presentation unit 30 that presents the transaction content image to a user of the user terminal 10 via a display unit 11 of the user terminal 10 so as to confirm the transaction content; and a determination unit 33 that determines whether or not a user's decision to the transaction content image received from the user terminal 10 is to execute a transaction; and a control unit 21 that executes the transaction. The control unit 21 executes the transaction when the determination unit 33 determines that the user's determination received from the user terminal 10 is to execute the transaction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
