Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonaqueous electrolyte battery having an excellent charge and discharge cycle performance and an excellent storage performance.SOLUTION: A nonaqueous electrolyte having a boric acid and an annular sulfonic acid compound added thereto is used. Since the boric acid is an extremely inexpensive material, the nonaqueous electrolyte battery can be provided at low cost. Moreover, specifically-excellent advantages can be obtained as compared with the other boric acid compound. Further, by using both the boric acid and the annular sulfonic acid compound, the charge and discharge cycle performance and the storage performance can be improved by a combined effect of those.
