Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information communication system for determining whether to recover a voltage of a lithium ion battery in an information transmitter including the lithium ion battery.SOLUTION: When lithium ion battery state determination pattern information is acquired (S701), an information receiver 120 measures a packet error rate (PER) (S703), describes the measured PER in a transmission state information DB while associating the information transmitter that transmits the lithium ion battery state determination pattern information, and acquisition time with each other, stores/holds the transmission state information DB in a memory (S705), acquires the transmission state information DB, determines a secular change of the PER for a predetermined period while defining an information transmitter subjected to determine whether to recover the voltage of the lithium ion battery as a target information transmitter (S707) and, if it is determined that a period in which the measured PER is higher than a reference PER is continued as long as or longer than a predetermined period (S709), transmits lithium ion battery recovery information to the target information transmitter (S711).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
