Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent accumulation of leaked hydrogen gas at a ceiling part in a floor of a nuclear reactor building so as to suppress hydrogen detonation.SOLUTION: A nuclear reactor building comprises: a plurality of floors 10; a plurality of obstructions 12 which are installed protruding from a ceiling part 11 in at least one of the floors 10 to inside of the floor 10; a communication port 15 which is installed at the ceiling part 11 in the floor 10 where the obstructions 12 are installed; leakage hydrogen gas accumulation areas 16a-1, 16b-1 partitioned by the obstructions 12 in which leakage hydrogen gas 18 leaked from an apparatus 20 in the floor 10 where the obstructions 12 are installed is accumulated; and a hydrogen recombiner 13 which includes a suction port for the leakage hydrogen gas 18 positioned at a lower end face of the leakage hydrogen gas accumulation areas 16a-1, 16b-1 or a portion higher than the lower end face.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
