Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology to store as much water as possible at an existing facility consisting of a group of tanks installed on a limited site.SOLUTION: In a storage facility consisting of a plurality of tanks installed on a ground, spaces between tanks in the existing storage facility and the periphery are filled with blocks so that they are made into an auxiliary storage facility. The invention is a combined storage facility combining the auxiliary storage facility with the existing storage facility on whose surrounding a water-shielding layer is provided. In order for allowing the spaces between tanks to be made into a new storage space to store a maximum quantity of water in a limited site, the spaces between tanks and spaces on the periphery are filled with blocks used for constructing a facility for suppressing outflow of rainwater or the like, and the spaces are made into a storage facility.
