PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a server that can newly receive permission of data collection when an administrator of an image forming apparatus has changed.SOLUTION: A server 50 executes: permission reception processing of receiving first permission information from a compound machine 10A; communication information reception processing of receiving first communication information from the compound machine 10A; storage processing of storing the received first communication information in a storage part; collection ordering processing of transmitting collection ordering information ordering the start of data collection processing to the compound machine 10A; device data reception processing (S32) of receiving device data and second communication information from the compound machine 10A; first determination processing (S33) of determining whether the second communication information matches the first communication information; and permission confirmation processing of, in responce to mismatch of the information in the first determination processing (S33: No), transmitting permission confirmation information instructing a user to confirm whether to permit the data collection processing to the compound machine 10A.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
