Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that, in a battery cooling system including an air-cooled battery pack having a surface provided with an intake port and a surface provided with an exhaust port facing each other and a blower supplying cooling air to an air inlet chamber, an amount of cooling air flowing through the inside of a battery stack is uneven in a lamination direction of a battery module and therefore variation in a temperature distribution at the inside of the battery stack may be caused.SOLUTION: A ventilation section 30 through which a cooling air flows out from an exhaust chamber 26 to the outside of a case 20 is provided to the exhaust chamber 26. By reducing pressure at the inside of the exhaust chamber 26, unevenness of an amount of cooling air that flows through the inside of a battery stack 14 is mitigated, so that a temperature distribution at the inside of the battery stack 14 is made uniform.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
