Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform transfer coating with a liquid without directly pushing a stamp against a hole.SOLUTION: A transfer coater comprises: an oil sump 1; a mounting base 2 where a workpiece having a hole is mounted; a stamp 4 having an insertion part 41 provided at a tip of a stem to have an outer shape which is finer than the hole and enables the transfer coating of the hole with oil 11 by being inserted into the hole in a non-contact manner in a state of holding the oil 11, a flange part 42 provided at the stem to have an outer shape which is thicker than the hole, and a groove part 43 continuous to the insertion part 41; a movement part (mounting base movement part 3, stamp movement part 6) that can move the stamp 4 relatively to the oil sump 1 and the mounting base 2, respectively; and a control part 7 that controls the movement part. The control part 7 has an immersion control part 71 that immerses the stamp 4 in the oil 11 in the oil sump 1, a control part 72 that pulls up the stamp 4 from the oil 11, and a transfer coating control part 73 that performs transfer coating the oil 11 to the hole by inserting the insertion part 41 into the hole of the workpiece mounted on the mounting base 2 in a non-contact manner.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
