Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact and robust position information transmitter for an animal to be attached to an animal capable of securing a certain communication distance and being used stably for a certain period of time.SOLUTION: A compact and robust GPS transmitter 1 for an animal which is hardly broken by an animal is characterized in that it has a function to prevent an animal from visually recognizing the presence of an antenna 7 and trying to destroy the antenna 7 by arranging the small-sized antenna 7 made of Ti-Ni-based super elastic shape memory alloy wire outside a field of view of the animal, and in that position information acquired by a GPS module composing the position information transmitter is transmitted in real time.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
