PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system, a method, a service control node and a program, enabling the individual optimization control of a service according to user information.SOLUTION: A service function control system 301 includes: an edge programmable node (EPN) 10 which acquires user information, including application information and device information, embedded in a packet from a user terminal 50; a service control node (SCN) 30 which, when the user information of the packet observed by the EPN is new, determines a parameter which optimizes packet processing in a core programmable node (CPN) 20, to transmit the parameter to the CPN, so as to store the parameter into a parameter database 26; and the CPN which extracts, from the database which stores the parameter of the service function, a parameter corresponding to the user information of the packet, to process the packet according to the parameter.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
