Title:
放射線撮像装置及びその駆動方法
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP6482216
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation imaging device and a driving method for the same, which are advantageous of reducing noise components from signals obtained from a sensor.SOLUTION: A radiation imaging device has plural sensors arranged so as to form plural lines and plural columns, and a driving unit for driving the plural sensors on a line basis. The driving unit performs a first operation of initializing each sensor while selecting the plural lines in a first order before irradiation of radiant ray, and a second operation of driving the plural sensors and reading out sensor signals so that a difference occurs in charge accumulation time between each line sensor and an adjacent line sensor while selecting the plural lines in a second order after the irradiation is finished. The radiation imaging device further has a correction unit for correcting the sensor signals on the basis of signals from sensors of a first line, signals from sensors of a second line adjacent to the first line, and the difference in charge accumulation time between the first line and the second line, and a light source for irradiating the plural sensors with light before the first operation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
