Abstract:
To provide a fuel battery cell and a cell stack device which enable the suppression of a crack.SOLUTION: A fuel battery cell (100) of the present invention comprises: an insulative support substrate (110) extending from one end toward the other end and having gas passages arranged so that a reactive gas is supplied thereto from one end side and discharged from the other end side; a power generation element part disposed on an outer surface of the support substrate (110) and having a fuel electrode, an electrolyte and an air electrode; and a metal thermally conductive member (170) disposed on the other end side of the support substrate (110). The thermally conductive member (170) has: a cover part (173) covering pieces of the outer surface opposed to each other with the gas passages located therebetween on the one end side of the support substrate (110); and a protruding part (174) connecting to the cover part (173) and protruding from the other end of the support substrate (110). A distance (D1) from the one end toward the other end in the cover part (173) is longer than a distance (D2) from the one end toward the other end in the protruding part (174).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
