Abstract:
To provide a fuel battery cell and a cell stack device which enable the suppression of a crack.SOLUTION: A fuel battery cell (100) of the present invention comprises: an insulative support substrate (110) with gas passages (111); and a power generation element part disposed on an outer surface of the support substrate (110). The fuel battery cell generates electric power by a first reactant gas flowing through the gas passages (111) of the support substrate (110) and a second reactant gas flowing over an outer surface of the support substrate (110), and surplus parts of the first and second reactant gases are burned. The fuel battery cell further comprises a thermally conductive metal member (170) disposed on the other end side of the support substrate (110). The thermally conductive member has: a placement part (171) placed over a region in a face of the support substrate (110) on the other end thereof, and the region is relatively low in temperature during combustion; and thermally conductive parts (172) opposed to each other with the gas passages (111) located therebetween on the other end side of the support substrate (110), connecting to the placement part (171) and serving to transmit heat to the placement part (171).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
