PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing system for judging such a portion easily as to add a corresponding point, when the corresponding point to be used for positioning is inputted.SOLUTION: An image processing system comprises: a designation part for designating a display cross section on each of a plurality of three-dimensional images; an acquisition part for acquiring the information of a corresponding point for positioning the three-dimensional images; and a display control part for displaying the three-dimensional images in a tomographic image in a designated display section and for displaying the positional information of the display section and the distribution information of the corresponding point.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
