Abstract:
The invention provides a fluid cell, a mat device, and a manufacturing method of the fluid cell. The fluid cell (15) is easily manufactured, while suppressing the man-hour. The fluid cell (15) includes: a flexible tube (15a), the inside of which can be filled with fluid; and closing parts (15b) formed by fixing inner peripheral surfaces of the flexible tube (15a) to each other, with the flexible tube (15a) clamped radially, and individually closing both end openings of the flexible tube (15a). The flexible tube (15a) includes valley fold parts (16), formed at the axial ends thereof, each valley fold part folded inward, out of the radial direction of the flexible tube (15a), in one direction intersecting with a direction where the flexible tube (15a) is clamped at the closing part (15b). The closing parts (15b) are disposed along the axial direction at positions where the valley fold parts (16) are formed.
