Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new fumaric diester-alkoxycinnamic acid ester-acrylate copolymer with a high molecular weight having excellent toughness even when being made into a film, and a method for efficiently producing the same.SOLUTION: Provided is a fumaric diester-alkoxycinnamic acid ester-acrylate copolymer containing a fumaric diester residue unit, the residue unit of alkoxycinnamic acid ester and the residue unit of multifunctional acrylate having an urethane bond. Also provided is a fumaric diester-alkoxycinnamic acid ester-acrylate copolymer containing a fumaric acid diester residue unit of 50 to 99 mol%, an alkoxycinnamic acid ester residue unit of 0.09 to 49.9 mol% and the residue unit of polyfunctional monomers having polyfunctional acrylate having an urethane bond of 0.01 to 1 mol%.SELECTED DRAWING: None
