Abstract:
Provided is a transit information notification system (1), comprising a management server (2), a plurality of information collection terminals (3) which are disposed at a plurality of observation sites, and a plurality of notification terminals (3) which are disposed at the plurality of notification sites. Each of the information collection terminals (3) senses a transit of a vehicle and/or a pedestrian at each of the observation sites, and transmits transit records in realtime to the management server (2). The management server (2) stores the received transit records in a database (5), comprehensively predicts, from the transit records which are received in realtime and the past transit records which are stored in the database (5), the transit of the vehicle and/or the pedestrian at each of the notification sites, and transmits predicted transit prediction information to the notification terminals (3) at the corresponding notification sites. On the basis of the transit prediction information which is transmitted from the management server (2), each of the notification terminals (3) issues notifications of the transit of the vehicle and/or the pedestrian at the notification sites.
