Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate which can be prevented from being damaged by blocking and even an irregular-shaped product of which can be decorative-molded excellently and to provide a molding, a molded product, and a production method of the molded product.SOLUTION: The laminate is produced by stacking a polyurethane layer 3B of a polyurethane resin, which has 150-900% tensile elongation at break and 50-180°C softening temperature and contains an inorganic particle, on a transparent polypropylene sheet obtained by rapidly cooling a molten polypropylene resin. A resin sheet is produced by stacking a printed layer 3C on the polyurethane layer 3B. The molded product having a non-planar molding 1 partially is produced by an insert molding method, which molding is obtained from a resin sheet. The laminate can be prevented from being damaged by blocking. Even when the laminate is molded into a complicated shape, the polypropylene sheet is not whitened and the printed layer 3C is neither cracked nor exfoliated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
