Abstract:
The invention provides a sheet sticking device and a sheet sticking method capable of preventing application of an excessive load to an adherend, or application of an insufficient pressing force to an adhesive sheet. A sheet sticking device 10 has supply means 20 for supplying an adhesive sheet CA with a cover sheet, where a cover sheet CS is attached temporarily to one side of an adhesive sheet AD, and pressing means 30 for sticking the adhesive sheet CA with a cover sheet, supplied by the supply means 20, by pressing against the surface WF1 of a base material WF from above the adhesive sheet CA. The pressing means 30 includes pressing face position adjustment means 31 capable of adjusting the position of the pressing face 33A for pressing the adhesive sheet CA with a cover sheet.
