Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easily-producible oil strainer filter capable of reducing production cost, and saving a space during custody or the like, while keeping sufficiently a filtration performance of a used edible oil; and to provide an oil purifier using the same.SOLUTION: There is provided a filter body 11 stored in an oil purifier 1, for filtering a used edible oil. The filter body 11 is produced by forming a tabular storage body 20 by superposing coating members 21 made of paper or cloth and having oil permeation property, and by storing fibrous active carbon C inside the tabular storage body 20 and coating it.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
