Abstract:
An organization support device (1) comprises a schedule preparation unit (3), a specification unit (4), a specification unit (5), and a calculation unit (6). The schedule preparation unit (3) prepares work schedules. The specification unit (4) specifies an environment index. The specification unit (5) specifies a work index. The calculation unit (6) calculates evaluation values indicating the likeliness of heatstroke when one day's worth of work is performed according to the work schedule, on the basis of the environment index specified by the specification unit (4), the work index specified by the specification unit (5), and the work time specified by the work schedule.
