Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an abnormal tissue detection device and a signal transmission/reception method capable of improving reception efficiency for an impulse signal of a microwave, and improving detection accuracy.SOLUTION: A CMOS switch 12 is a bipolar multi-input CMOS switch that carries out switching connection of either an output end of a transmission part 11 or an input end of a reception part 17 to one of antennas belonging to a first group of a plurality of antennas A1-A16. A CMOS switch 16 is a bipolar multi-input CMOS switch that carries out switching connection of either the output end of the transmission part 11 or the input end of the reception part 17 to one of antennas belonging to a second group of the plurality of antennas. A wiring part 13 connects the CMOS switch 12 to each of the antennas belonging to the first group. A wiring part 15 connects the CMOS switch 16 to each of the antennas belonging to the second group.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
