Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealed structure of a liquid injection part for a lithium ion battery, which improves a manufacturing operation efficiency than the conventional art, simplifies the structure of the liquid injection part and a pressure release part and reduces the size, and significantly reduces a cost of manufacture.SOLUTION: In a penetration hole bored in a battery container lid of a lithium ion battery, a sealed structure of a liquid injection part for a lithium ion battery is comprised by a hollow metal having a liquid injection hole of a shape in which two-stage cylindrical hole having a different diameter is serially connected, and is constructed so that a liquid injection valve of a hollow cylindrical shape in which a female screw part is formed in an inner periphery of the hollow metal having a small diameter is attached, a screw axial part formed by the hollow metal and engaging to the female screw part of the inner periphery of liquid injection valve is formed the outer periphery in the hollow inner part of the liquid injection valve, a sealing hole valve in which the hollow inner part is sealed with a rupture disc is engaged to the liquid injection valve through an annular packing and seals them, and further, a connection portion of the liquid injection valve and the sealing hole valve is sealed with welding.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
