PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermosetting aqueous resin composition useful as a raw material for a coating agent such as a coating material, a printing ink, an adhesive, a resist agent, and a molding material, from which a coating film excellent in scratch resistance as well as excellent in folding resistance can be formed.SOLUTION: The thermosetting aqueous resin composition comprises emulsion particles made of a (meth)acrylic polymer, a polyfunctional monomer and an aqueous medium, and further contains a curing accelerator.SELECTED DRAWING: None
