Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To register a portable terminal in a schedule management system with a simple procedure.SOLUTION: Portable terminals 5, 5, ... respectively store schedule information as local data, communicate with a management server 7, and synchronizes the schedule information with the latest state. A schedule management program is installed in a portable terminal 5, and a new portable terminal 5 is registered by activating the schedule management program through communication with the management server 7. An activation key is directly handed to an operator face-to-face. Activation using the key is automatically performed between the portable terminal 5 and the management server 7.
