Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a table reconstruction device and method.SOLUTION: The table reconstruction device includes: a column attribute determination unit configured so as to determine an attribute per column in a table; a description object determination unit configured so as to determine a description object in the table by linking the determined attribute per column with a vocabulary knowledge base; a description object associated attribute determination unit configured so as to determine the attribute set of each description object in the vocabulary knowledge base, calculate the first similarity of the attribute per column in the table with each attribute in the attribute set, and determine the attribute associated with the description object in the table; and a table reconstruction unit configured so as to reconstruct a table using the description object and the attribute associated with the description object. The table reconstruction device and method according to the present invention make it possible to reconstruct a table in which the structure is complicated and fields are duplicated, and which includes a plurality of description objects and attributes, and turn it into a single description object table in which the structure is simple and description objects are singular.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
