Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a real estate property information system capable of supporting transactions such as trade or lease of real estate property by a user of a medical care welfare institution.SOLUTION: The real estate property information system comprises: a task support server 2 for providing application software for supporting a task of a worker of a medical care welfare institution to a worker terminal 4 that the worker uses; and a property information management server 3 for providing real estate property information to an agent terminal 5 that a real estate agent uses. Content includes a link introducing the worker terminal 4 to the property information management server 3. The property information management server 3 comprises: registration means 31 for receiving the real estate property information transmitted from the worker terminal 4, and for registering the real estate property information in a database; and information providing means 33 for acquiring and providing the real estate property information from the database in response to a request from the agent terminal 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
