Abstract:
To provide a lightweight aggregate supply device in which a lightweight aggregate does not stop and solidify by employing a configuration in which the lightweight aggregate circulates in the supply device in a ready-mixed concrete manufacturing plant.SOLUTION: A light aggregate supply device is configured by a lightweight aggregate hopper 14 that accepts a watered lightweight aggregate, a first conveyance conveyor 17 for carrying out the lightweight aggregate from the lightweight aggregate hopper, a lift conveyance means 18 for conveying the lightweight aggregate conveyed by the first conveyance conveyor to a height capable to be supplied to a weighing tank 8 of the ready-mixed concrete manufacturing plant, a second transport conveyor 21 for receiving the lightweight aggregate conveyed by a lifting conveying means, loading the lightweight aggregate into the measuring tank by rotating forward and weighing in a measuring tank, after that, conveying the lightweight aggregate in a reverse direction by reversing the direction and a transport means 23 for connecting the end part of the second conveyance conveyor on the reverse conveying side and returning the loaded lightweight aggregate to the lightweight aggregate hopper 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
