Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hollow particle high in strength of an outer shell and hardly breaking a structure of the hollow particle even with thinning of the outer shell.SOLUTION: A hollow particle 3 has an outer shell part 33 which is an aggregate of metal oxide nanoparticles and a hollow part 32 formed inside of the outer shell by the outer shell. The hollow particle 3 has an average particle diameter of 0.1 μm to 10 μm, a porosity of 2 vol.% to 70 vol.%, a peak of pore size measured by a nitrogen absorption method of 20 nm or less and a total pore volume measured by a nitrogen adsorption method of 0.1 cm/g to 1.0 cm/g.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
