Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce calculation memory and calculation time.SOLUTION: A data analysis method includes: an acquisition step for acquiring a basic matrix of N lines M columns to which a value indicating a degree of association is input, with respect to each element of a basic matrix; a setting step for setting K indicating a cluster number of a first object and a second object; a division step for dividing the basic matrix into at least three partial matrices; a transformation matrix generation step for generating a transformation matrix using the result obtained by performing singular value decomposition, with respect to the partial matrices; an inner product calculation step for compressing the partial matrices; a tensor generation step for generating a third order tensor using the compressed partial matrices generated in the inner product calculation step; a decomposition step for decomposing the tensor using CP decomposition; a calculation step for calculating a first matrix, a second matrix and a third matrix using the decomposition result; and an output step for outputting at least one of the first matrix, the second matrix and the third matrix, thereby outputting a clustering result of the first object and the second object.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
