PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficient recover fuel components from metal alloy fuel containing Zr.SOLUTION: The electrolytic processing apparatus includes: an electrolytic container 1 containing a molten chloride 3; an anode 4 which is constituted of a drum-like rotary cylindrical body with a lower part of which is soaked in the molten chloride; a plurality of openings 12 formed in an outer periphery plane 11 of the anode; a cathode 5 with a lower part of which is soaked in the molten chloride; and recovery container 13 disposed below the anode.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
