Abstract:
To allow a user who wants to sell an article on the Internet to obtain money equivalent to the price of the article quickly in a simple way.SOLUTION: A support apparatus for managing e-commerce to be connected to multiple terminals over a network includes: a receiving unit which receives proxy request from a seller terminal having transmitted the proxy request; a seller information acquisition unit which acquires information on a seller; an extraction unit which extracts a proxy on the basis of at least one of article information and seller information; a proxy information acquisition unit which acquires article delivery address information for the proxy; a transmission unit which transmits the article information to a proxy terminal of the proxy, and transmits the article delivery address information for the proxy to the seller terminal; a sales information acquisition unit which acquires sales information on commodities to be sold/bought by the proxy, from the proxy terminal; and an execution unit which starts selling the article by use of the sales information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
