Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reed for woodwind instrument having anisotropy while formed from a synthetic resin, and to provide a method for manufacturing the reed for woodwind instrument.SOLUTION: In a reed for woodwind instrument, which contains a synthetic resin as matrix, has a bump on one end side of a longitudinal direction and has a band plate shape, a plurality of kinds of regions having different characteristics exist so as to oriented in the longitudinal direction, and the characteristics are inclined on an interface in the plurality of kinds of regions. The characteristics may be elasticity, density or a color. A method for manufacturing a reed for woodwind instrument includes a step of injecting a plurality of kinds of resin compositions having different characteristics into a cavity, where an apparatus used in injection of the plurality of kinds of resin compositions has a cylindrical pipe line, a first spiral wing body 1 coaxially arranged in the pipe line, and a second spiral wind body which is arranged coaxially in the pipe line and on the downstream side of the first spiral wing body, and performs the reverse rotation to the first spiral wing body.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
