Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a division component defective cause determination method that can accurately determine the defective cause of a division component.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a plurality of division components by dividing a work processed sequentially at a plurality of steps and a division component defective cause determination method for inspecting each division component and determining whether each division component is good or bad. The division component defective cause determination method selects a division component unit portion for defective correspondence corresponding to a division component which is determined to be defective by inspection for a division component of the work before division, checks data on the division component unit portion corresponding to the defect with processing condition data which is a processing condition obtained per position of the work when processing is performed at each step, extracts a processing condition per step for a division component unit portion corresponding to the defect, and determines the defective cause on the basis of the extracted data.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
