Abstract:

A vending machine item storage device (1) includes: a plurality of item storage paths (2) in which items in a laterally laid state are vertically stacked and stored; a plurality of item slots (3) provided so as to be vertically connected; a plurality of item guide plates (4) for guiding the items loaded in the laterally laid state from the respectively corresponding item slots (3) to the corresponding item storage paths (2); and a regulating member (6) that is provided so as to protrude forward beyond the plurality of item slots (3) and that regulates the orientation of the item loaded from at least one item slot (3).
