Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for manufacturing a pipe with an internal spiral groove by which a large torsion angle is given to a pipe and bulk production of such a pipe is enabled.SOLUTION: According to a method for manufacturing a pipe with an internal spiral groove, after a pipe material is unwound from an unwinding bobbin and is so made as to pass a first draw die, a transportation direction thereof is reversed by a first revolution flyer thereby causing the pipe material to pass a second draw die and further pass a third draw die, and further, the transportation direction is reversed by a second revolution flyer thereby causing the pipe material to further pass a fourth draw die and winding the same on a winding bobbin. The pipe material is rotated in a reverse direction of a rotational direction of the first revolution flyer and is so made as to pass the draw dies respectively, whereby a diameter of the pipe material is reduced and a torsion is given to the pipe material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
