Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fitting clip and a fitted body fitting structure that can reduce strain of a part below a head part.SOLUTION: A rib 46 is formed in a region of a leg outer surface 30b remote from a curved surface 30c formed on both sides of a leg 30 toward the center of the leg 30. A part of a flat surface 30d is present between the end rib 46 and the curved surface 30c. The number of ribs is decreased from five to three. Consequently, concentration of strain above the end rib is suppressed. Further, a grinding quantity of the rib 46 in CSA expansion becomes large because of the decrease in number of ribs, and inclination of a fitting clip 10 increases to reduce tensile force applied onto the end rib and moment, thereby suppressing concentration of strain. Furthermore, when a lock pin 50 has a side claw 52A, part of extraction load reaction force in CSA expansion can be received by the side claw 52A, so concentration of strain onto the leg can be thereby suppressed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
