Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic screw fastening device capable of reducing an impact force at the time of abutment of a screw component and performing fastening which eliminates the influence of thrust applied to a driver tool.SOLUTION: An automatic screw fastening device comprises: a movement position control mechanism 5 having a moving part 5 g moving integrally with a driver tool 4; and a low friction cylinder 17 which applies braking to the movement of the driver tool 4 and the moving part 5 g. The movement position control mechanism 5 has a control part 19 for keeping the moving speed of the moving part 5 g at the time of screw abutment substantially zero. The low friction cylinder 17 has an arbitrary braking force in a range larger than the weights of the driver tool 4 and the moving part 5 g and smaller than thrust of the moving part 5 g. According to this configuration, while reducing an impact force of a screw 2 at the time of screw abutment, the braking force of the low friction cylinder 17 can be increased within a range keeping the difference between the thrust of the moving part 5 g and the braking force of the low friction cylinder 17. As a result, the thrust of the moving part 5 g can be arbitrarily increased, and a selection range of the moving speed of the moving part 5 g can be widened.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
