Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrict a fluid leakage amount.SOLUTION: A labyrinth seal 30 comprises: a step part 40; a high pressure side fin 50; a low pressure side fin 60; and an annular groove 70. The step part 40 is formed in the periphery of a body of rotation 20. The step part 40 is configured so that a small diameter part 21 is formed on the high pressure side X1 of the step part 40, and a large diameter part 22 is formed on the low pressure side X2 of the step part 40. The low pressure side fin 60 is disposed on the low pressure side X2 of the step part 40 and extending from an inner peripheral part of a stationary body 10 toward on the inside Y2 in a radial direction. The annular groove 70 is formed in the periphery of the body of rotation 20 and disposed on at least part of a region on the low pressure side X2 of the step part 40 as well as on the high pressure side X1 of the low pressure side fin 60.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
