Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilation structure for a microcomputer meter capable of preventing an illegal operation and also preventing foreign matter from entering.SOLUTION: An outer shell of a microcomputer meter consists of a plurality of casings such as a front cover 12 etc., and a control chamber 51 formed of electronic components is arranged on an inner side of the front cover 12, which is provided with an inner wall face 26 in which a terminal board 52 connected to the control chamber 51 is fitted. A ventilation groove 28 serving as an air flow passage is formed on the inner wall face 26, the ventilation groove 28 is provided with an air vent 32 communicating with the outside and an air vent 35 communicating an inner space such as the control chamber 51 etc., and a sealing body 31 covering the ventilation groove 28 entirely is stuck on the inner wall face 26. The sealing body 31 prevents foreign matter from entering from the ventilation groove 28 even if a terminal board lid 41 falls. Further, the sealing body 31 covers a fastening screw 53, and consequently it becomes difficult to remove the front cover 12 and illegal removal can be grasped thereafter from a trace left on the sealing body 31.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
