Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a triazine compound which can obtain a cured film having a high refractive index, a low birefringence and high visible light transmittance, and can obtain a polymer having improved solubility with an alkali developer compared to a conventional high-refractive-index polymer, and to provide the polymer.SOLUTION: A triazine compound is represented by formula (1) or (2). In formulae (1) and (2), X represents a halogen atom, and R in formula (2) represents a hydrogen atom, a t-butyl group, a tetrahydropyranyl group or a 1-ethoxyethyl group.SELECTED DRAWING: None
