To provide a soft magnetic alloy having high saturated magnetic flux density Bs, low coercivity Hc, and high resistivity ρ.SOLUTION: A soft magnetic alloy is mainly made of Fe and contains P. It contains an Fe-rich phase 11 and Fe-poor phase 13.
