PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a kit and method for testing whether a Basedow disease is hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism.SOLUTION: The present invention provides a diagnosis kit for diagnosing Basedow disease, including a labeled anti-IgM antibody that binds to a thyroid-stimulating hormone receptor antibody, and a labeled anti-IgG antibody that binds to the thyroid-stimulating hormone receptor antibody. A ratio of an amount of the anti-IgM antibody bound to the thyroid-stimulating hormone receptor antibody to an amount of the anti-IgG antibody bound thereto is shown as a clinical indicator of Basedow disease.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
