Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optically-transparent conductive film hardly changing its size, even when being subjected to annealing and water washing treatment.SOLUTION: In an optically-transparent conductive film 1 including a conductive layer 3 having optical transparency and conductivity, and a protective film 4 arranged on one surface side of the conductive layer 3, a water vapor permeability of the protective film 4 is 10 g/(m-day) or less, and a dimensional change rate before and after being left is 0.1% or less, when the optically-transparent conductive film 1 is left as it is at 130°C for one hour, and then left as it is at 60°C and at a humidity of 90% for one hour.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
