Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase utilization efficiency of light to form a linear light emitting pattern with a sharp appearance.SOLUTION: A light emitting device 3 of a vehicular lighting fixture comprises a light source unit 10 and a lens 11, and the light source unit 10 is provided with a laser light source 12 that generates straight light L. A display surface 20 that displays a path of the straight light L on the outside, and a peripheral surface 21 that surrounds the display surface 20 are formed in the lens 11. A portion of the peripheral surface 21 is an incident part 22 on which the straight light L is incident, and the laser light source 12 is fixed to the incident part 22 via a bracket 13. Light scattering particles 24 is mixed in a transparent resin material of the lens 11 with a uniform distribution, the straight light L is scattered on the inside of the lens 11, and light is emitted in a linear shape with a thickness visible from the outside of the lighting fixture.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
