PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a work machine capable of performing ground work such as tillage as well as planting seedlings with a narrowed inter-row distance while travelling.SOLUTION: A work machine 4 includes: a ground work machine 2 mounted in a rear part of a travel body 1 and performing work to a field; transplant frames 69A, 69B arranged in a rear part of the ground work machine 2; and planting devices 68A, 68B planting seedlings to a field. The planting devices 68A, 68B include: first planting mechanisms 68AL, 68BL attached on the transplant frames 69A, 69B; and second planting mechanisms 68AR, 68BR attached on the transplant frames 69A, 69B at positions arranged side by side with respect to the first planting mechanisms 68AL, 68BL and different in a front/rear direction from the first planting mechanisms.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 24
