Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lining structure of a molten metal holding container which inhibits occurrence of cracks of a permanent lining and eliminates risks of life deterioration of the permanent lining and leakage of the molten metal, and to provide a construction method of the lining structure.SOLUTION: A lining structure of a molten metal holding container according to the invention has: a permanent lining 12 in which multiple recessed parts 13 are arranged in a zigzag manner on an inner surface, the permanent lining 12 formed by an unshaped refractory; a mortar layer 11 covering the inner surface of the permanent lining 12; and a wear lining 10 formed on the mortar layer 11. A vertical elastic modulus of the mortar layer 11 is smaller than a vertical elastic modulus of the unshaped refractory forming the permanent lining 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
