Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a debris carrying-out machine, a debris carrying-out device, and a constructing method using the same which can exhibit high construction efficiency and can considerably shorten a construction period.SOLUTION: A debris carrying-out machine of this invention includes a body part having a roller in a front part and a rear part, an endless band-like crawler part stretched between the roller in the front part and the roller in the rear part and covering the upper/lower parts and the front/rear parts of the body part, and a plurality of lifting and lowering parts connected to the body part. A bottom face of the crawler part and the ground can be selectively separated and contacted by extension and contraction of the lifting and lowering part. A debris carrying-out device of this invention is formed by combining a plurality of the debris carrying-out machines, and includes one or a plurality of transfer arrays, one or a plurality of passage arrays, and sweep-out means. A constructing method of tunnel excavation work of this invention includes a step for arranging the debris carrying-out device, a step for breaking a working face, a first debris transfer step, a second debris transfer step, and a third debris transfer step.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
