Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a long-life stamper which can be produced in a short time.SOLUTION: A convex stamper of the present invention includes: a thermally conductive core (2) having a shape in which a center protrudes more than an outer periphery; and an electrodeposition layer (3) which has a concave-convex shape formed on a surface thereof and which is disposed on a surface of the core (2). Since the outer periphery of the electrodeposition layer (3) is connected and fixed to the core (2) at a joint (4), when the electrodeposition layer (3) expands by contacting with a molten resin material, a clearance occurs between the core (2) and the electrodeposition layer (3). The clearance acts as a heat insulating layer. In a molding device mounted with the convex stamper, when pressure of the resin material inside a cavity becomes high, the clearance disappears and the electrodeposition layer (3) contacts with the core (2). Thereby, the concave-convex shape of the core (2) is accurately transferred to a molded product.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
